Engineering - an ISO 9002 AND ISO/TS 16949:2002 certified
engineering company, was established in 1965 in Port Elizabeth,
South Africa by Mr. C. Onvlee, during the motor industry's great
boom period in the Eastern Cape. The factory has continually
expanded throughout it's existence and presently covers over 7 500
sq metres from which the three divisions; automotive metal stampings
(including catalytic converter flanges), satellite production and
tooling are co-ordinated and managed.
Onvlee Engineering services the automotive hub of South Africa from
its premises in the automotive industry hub of Port Elizabeth, South
Africa, by providing specialised components such as catalytic
converter flanges, metal pressings such as aluminium catwalk and
mild steel pressings such as door and window frames.
The Onvlee Engineering team comprises a motivated workforce in
excess of 150 client orientated persons. A vibrant pro-active
management team form the backbone of Onvlee Engineering. A policy of
participative decision-making ensures that input and innovation from
all sides is possible.
